Here you go.
Luigi= Hold R + L when you select the file to play as Luigi.
Mario= Select the File without pressing any buttons.(Exept A of course)
Secret Challenge Mode= (Must first finish game.) First Pause on the map. Press LRLRXXYY and you will enter. Now while playing you can't go back to an area that moved off the screen.
Worlds 4 & 7= In order for these worlds you must deafeat Worlds 2 & 5 Bosses with Mini-Mario or Mini-Luigi.
Save Anywhere= Beat the game.
